The Monthly Value Program (MVP) should be distributed to your contacts in multiple places. The first -- and arguably most important -- of these is by email.
Each month as part of the MVP, we provide you with new email templates to send to your contacts and connections. Their primary purpose is to get your contacts to click on the links you share, but they should also share just enough quality information that readers will get a good impression of your business expertise even if they don't.
Use the Marketing Club email marketing tool, the Email Blaster, to send this month's emails to your contacts list with minimal effort. We recommend sending the "Blog Email" first in the month, which highlights your latest MVP blog post and encourages website traffic, then the "Social Email," which showcases some of the social media posts from the month's campaign and encourages more social media traffic.

To send the MVP to your database via email, you have two options: through the Email Blaster included in your Paperless Agent Marketing Club membership, or through another email marketing service, like your CRM or Gmail. Below are resources outlining the process of using each of these.
Sending the Email Blaster Templates
The Email Blaster is a solution for those who want to send out emails to your database but don’t have an email marketing system quite yet, or who are not happy with the one they have.
NOTE: Before you can send a campaign in the Email Blaster, you need to upload a list of subscribers. Review this help article for instructions.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- From your Paperless Agent Dashboard, click on the "Marketing Campaigns" link under the Content section.
- Find the email you want to send (select a campaign from the MVP Roll Up Page, then find the button labelled "Email/Letter Template")
- Choose the MVP Blog Email or MVP Social Email
- Preview the email body then click "Create Campaign"
- Click "Use Newsletter"
- Select your list from the dropdown labelled "List"
- Add your links and information
- IF USING THE BLOG EMAIL: Enter in your blog post link. See how to find your AgentID Site blog post link here.
- IF USING THE SOCIAL EMAIL: Enter in your chosen social media platform and the link to your profile there.
- Make any changes you'd like to the subject line and email body
- When you're ready, click "Send Campaign"

Sending the Campaign Through Another Email Service
If you choose not to use the Email Blaster, you can still use the Monthly Value Blog Email Template. All you have to do is download the template, then copy and paste the text into your chosen email marketing service. Read below for more detailed instructions.
NOTE: If you are using a service other than the Email Blaster to send the MVP email and you experience technical issues, you will need to reach out to the technical support team of that service for help. We are unable to support outside tools.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- From your Paperless Agent Dashboard, click on the "Marketing Campaigns" link under the Content section.
- Find the email you want to send (select a campaign from the MVP Roll Up Page, then find the button labelled "Email/Letter Template")
- Click the button labelled "Download Email Templates" to download the MVP Blog and Re-Engagement Email Templates as a Microsoft Word document (which can be opened in any word processor)
- Open the document and copy the text
- Open a new email in your chosen email marketing service and paste in the text and subject line
