As discussed in our training video about "Omnipresent Marketing," the Monthly Value Program (MVP) should be distributed to your contacts in multiple places. The first -- and arguably most important -- of these is by email.


Each month as part of the MVP, we provide you a new email template to send to your contacts and connections. This email's main purpose is to get your contacts to click on the link to your blog post, but it also shares just enough quality information that readers will get a good impression of your business expertise even if they don't.

To send the MVP to your database via email, you have two options: through the Marketing Suite included in your Paperless Agent Marketing Club membership, or through another email marketing service, like your CRM or Gmail. Below are resources outlining the process of using each of these.



OPTION 1: Sending the Campaign Through the Marketing Suite


The Marketing Suite is a solution for those of you who want to send out emails to your database but don’t have an email marketing system quite yet, or you’re not happy with the one you have. 


NOTE: Before you can send a campaign in the Marketing Suite, you need to upload a list of subscribers. Review this help article for instructions.



Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. From your Paperless Agent Dashboard, click on the "Email Newsletters" link under the Agent Marketing Tools column. 
  2. Upload your database as a subscriber list
  3. Locate the Monthly Value email you'd like to use and click "Create Campaign"
  4. Click "Use Newsletter"
  5. Select your list from the dropdown labelled "List"
  6. Enter in your blog post link. See how to find your AgentID Site blog post link here.
  7. Make any changes you'd like to the subject line and email body
  8. When you're ready, click "Send Campaign"

OPTION 2: Sending the Campaign Through Another Email Service


If you choose not to use the Marketing Suite, you can still use the Monthly Value email template. All you have to do is download the template, then copy and paste the text into your chosen email marketing service. Read below for more detailed instructions.


NOTE: If you are using a service other than the Marketing Suite to send the MVP email and you experience technical issues, you will need to reach out to the technical support team of that service for help. We are unable to support outside tools.



Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. From your Paperless Agent Dashboard, click on the "Client Marketing Campaigns" link under the Strategies and Templates column. 
  2. Select the title of the campaign you'd like to use
  3. Click on the button labelled "Get the Campaign" or scroll down the page to the section labelled "Marketing Materials"
  4. Click the button labelled "Email / Letter Template" to download the email template as a Microsoft Word document
  5. Open the document and copy the text
  6. Open a new email in your chosen email marketing service and paste in the text and subject line
