Instagram has one of the most engaged audiences of all social media platforms today. For real estate professionals looking to implement an omnipresent marketing strategy to build trust with your network, Instagram is a must-have.


For each Monthly Value Program, we provide you with multiple posts to post on Instagram throughout the month. These will be a combination of static images and short videos, meant to provide value on your page and promote the blog post from that month.

Finding the Instagram Posts from the MVP (Step-by-Step Instructions)


The easiest way to find the posts from the Monthly Value Program is from your desktop. Follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the MVP Page by choosing your Campaign from the MVP Roll Up Page
  2. Scroll to the "Marketing Materials" section of the page and click on the button titled "Social Media Posts & Videos"
  3. Click on the "Facebook / Instagram Posts" button
  4. Click on the title of the post you'd like to use to open up the post in the Social Post Library



Finding the Instagram Posts from the MVP (Visual Instructions)


The Instagram Posts can be found on the MVP page, under the heading "Social Media Posts & Videos":



Click on the button titled "Facebook / Instagram Posts" to reveal the post links.




These links will open the posts for this campaign from the Social Media Post Library. Click on each to open up new tabs on your web browser and get the content for each post.


NOTE: If there are no headers for US / Canada above these links, it is safe to assume that the content of that social media post is relevant for BOTH markets.



Sharing the Instagram Posts from the MVP (Image Post)

  1. Click the button labelled "1) Download the Image" to download the post image
  2. Click the button labelled "2) Copy the Caption" to copy the post caption to your clipboard
  3. Click the button labelled "3) Share the Post" button to view the share popup.
  4. Click the Instagram button
  5. Make sure you're logged into your Instagram Professional Account, then click the + icon at the top right of your screen
  6. Click on "Select from Computer" and the downloaded post image
  7. Click "Next" in the top right, then "Next" again to bypass the filters option
  8. Click into the caption box that appears and paste the copied caption from your clipboard (NOTE: Make sure to read and edit the caption as necessary)
  9. OPTIONAL: Add your location
  10. Click "Share" in the top right to immediately publish your post

Sharing the Instagram Posts from the MVP (Video Post)

  1. Locate the post you would like to use in the Social Post Library
  2. Click the button labelled "1) Download the Video" to download the post video
  3. Click the button labelled "2) Copy the Caption" to copy the post caption to your clipboard
  4. Click the button labelled "3) Share the Post" button to view the share popup.
  5. Click the Instagram button
  6. Make sure you're logged into your Instagram Professional Account, then click the + icon at the top right of your screen
  7. Click on "Select from Computer" and select the downloaded post video
  8. Click "Next" in the top right
  9. Select your cover photo (we recommend using a frame from the uploaded video)
  10. Click "Next" in the top right
  11. Click into the caption box that appears and paste the copied caption from your clipboard (NOTE: Make sure to read and edit the caption as necessary)
  12. OPTIONAL: Add your location
  13. Click "Share" in the top right to immediately publish your post
