How to Use the Email Blaster
What it is:
The Email Blaster allows you to send pre-created emails directly to your contacts. These emails are designed to promote your blog posts or social media accounts, helping you stay top-of-mind with clients and prospects.
Limitations:
You cannot send fully custom emails or create your own campaigns from scratch.
The Email Blaster is not a full CRM, and cannot manage your database. Many agents already have a CRM they prefer, or their brokerage controls which system to use.
What you can do:
Edit pre-made templates to make them local and personal.
Use templates like newsletters, listing promotions, market reports, and social media prompts.
How to access and use:
Log in to The Paperless Agent Dashboard.
Navigate to the Email Blaster section under your marketing menu.
Choose a template and click “Edit” to customize your content.
Send to your list.
Tips:
Avoid pasting content with formatting from Word or other software to prevent layout issues. Use plain text or the template editor.
Always preview your email before sending.
