The the technical difficulties you are having with video playback could be one of several things:
What internet browser are you on? We recommend you use Chrome or Firefox. Our site doesn't play well with Internet Explorer.
Are you on Wi-Fi or are you hardwired? I suggest hardwiring your Internet connection for optimal video playback. Switching browsers and/or hardwiring your connection usually fixes the problem.
If the suggestions above don't work for you please email us back at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a screenshot of what your screen looks like. Make sure to include all pertinent details such as the title of the video, and what training program module is giving you problems.
