Trouble Uploading CSV File Into Marketing Suite

If you are having issues uploading your CSV file into the Marketing Suite please make sure it exactly matches the example provided in the Marketing Suite (also attached to this solution).


If your CSV has more information or columns than the example, we recommend creating a new CSV file to exactly match the example provided so that you don't lose any information on your database.
