Where Are My Courses and/or Templates?

Can't find a specific template or training? Are you new to The Paperless Agent or having trouble finding a course, bonus, or resource?

Whether you’re looking for bonus courses you received as a courtesy or for signing up, trying to locate a template mentioned during a recent training, or wondering if we already have a resource that matches an idea you have, you’re not alone. With so much available inside your membership, it can sometimes be hard to know where to look. Below are a few simple ways to find your trainings, courses, templates, and resources so you can make the most of everything included in your account. Here's how you navigate the Paperless Agent Dashboard with ease.

Courses

If you just joined The Paperless Agent and you were promised a specific template or tool, odds are that that resource is located within a "Course." You can find all your Bonus Courses and Resources at the Education Page.

For example, if you are looking for our Buyer Presentation Template and Listing Presentation Template, you will find them in the "Templates & Scripts to Protect Your Commission" Product. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: After selecting a course, the chapters on the sidebar of these Products are collapsed by default, so you will need to click to expand them and see what is included.

Filebox / Template Library

Another place you can locate downloadable resources is in our Filebox, also called the "Templates and Files Library." 

How To Access the Tools and Templates Library

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Make sure to read the description of the resource you are interested in. For example, if you want to use the Canva version of our Relocation Guide template, you will need to click the link in the description rather than the blue "Download" button.

Training Library

The next place you'll find resources is in our Training Library, where we store the recordings of all our past Member Training Sessions.

Here is How To Access the Training Library. 

The first thing you'll see is a link to register for the next upcoming Member Training (or, if we're currently live, a link to join the live session). Scroll down to view the archive of recordings.

Choose a Member Training and scroll down past the video replay to find links to download all the resources mentioned in that training.

With so many scripts, templates, and tools available, it can sometimes be hard to find exactly what you’re looking for.
