Auto-Response Emails from AgentID Site Landing Pages

Modified on Thu, 18 Oct, 2018 at 9:41 AM

Each time a lead fills out a form on an AgentID Site landing page, they will receive an immediate email response. This way, even if if you are out of the office or the lead was submitted outside of your normal working hours, they'll know that you received their info and will get back to them shortly.

The reason we have an auto-response on AgentID Site landing pages is because of research showing how crucial an immediate touchpoint is to the successful conversion of an online lead. You can read more in the study linked here, but the highlight is below:

“[T]he odds of making a successful contact with a lead are 100 times greater when a contact attempt occurs within 5 minutes, compared to 30 minutes after the lead was submitted. Similarly, the odds of the lead entering the sales process, or becoming qualified, are 21 times greater when contacted within 5 minutes versus 30 minutes after the lead was submitted.” (Oldroyd, 2007)

At this time, the email notifications automatically sent from a contact form submission on the AgentID Sites cannot be edited or altered. This is because to edit it will change it for everyone's AgentID Site. These auto-responses intended to be simply a first-level touch, and you can then follow up with the client in a more personalized manner.

You can review examples of the auto-responses from the various landing page types below. Please note that the email will, of course, display your contact information and signature. The signature will be determined by the Contact Information you fill out under your Site Settings > User Profile.
