As discussed in our training video about "Omnipresent Marketing," the Monthly Value Program (MVP) should be distributed to your contacts in multiple places. The first -- and arguably most important -- of these is by email.


Growing out of the early days of the internet, email is here to stay. One report forecasts worldwide email usage to reach 3 billion people by 2020! And people like using email, too: Forrester reports that people are twice as likely to sign up for your email list than interact with you on Facebook, and another study shows that 88% of people actively check their email on their smartphone throughout the day -- making it more popular than any other app on iPhones or Androids.


That's where the Cover Email Template comes into play. Part of the MVP Support File, the Cover Email Template helps set the stage for the PDF Report. Its main purpose is to get your contacts to engage with your email by either opening the PDF Report or clicking on the link to your blog post, but it also shares just enough quality information that readers will get a good impression of your business expertise even if they don't have the time to do those actions.


To send the MVP to your database via email, you have three options: through the Marketing Suite included in your Paperless Agent Coaching Club membership, through your CRM (if it has bulk email capabilities, like Realvolve), or through your personal email service, like Gmail. OPTION 1: Sending the Campaign Through the Marketing Suite


The Marketing Suite is a solution for those of you who want to send out emails to your database but don’t have an email marketing system quite yet, or you’re not happy with the one you have. Right now, it’s most powerful use will be in sending out the MVPs. We’re actively developing the Marketing Suite, however, and intend for its uses and functions to grow.


Before you can send a campaign in the Marketing Suite, you need to upload a list of subscribers. Review this help article for instructions.


NOTE: If you choose to use the Marketing Suite, you will not need to attach the PDF report to your email. Instead, the formatted template itself will serve as the PDF.



Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. From your Paperless Agent Dashboard, click on the course card titled "Marketing Suite"
  2. Upload your database as a subscriber list
  3. Locate the newsletter you'd like to use and click "Create Campaign"
  4. Click "Use Newsletter"
  5. In the "Intro" field, add your customized Cover Email Template from the MVP Support File
  6. In the "Bio" field, include your contact information
  7. When you're ready, click "Send Campaign"
