Are you missing email communications from The Paperless Agent? The easiest way to make sure you're always in the loop is to to add us to your email's safe senders list, otherwise known as the whitelist. A whitelist is a simply list of e-mail addresses or domain names from which an e-mail blocking program (also called the Spam filter) will allow messages to be received.

The exact process for whitelisting an email address or domain varies depending on your email client (where you view your email messages). Below are the instructions for a couple of the most popular email clients.

Gmail

To create a whitelist in Gmail, you will need to create a filter. On your desktop, click the down arrow in the search bar in your Gmail inbox. In the "From" field, type "@thepaperlessagent.com" and then select "Create Filter."

On the next step, check the boxes next to "Never sent it to Spam" and "Also apply filter to matching conversations." So that we go directly to your primary inbox and don't get lost under your Promotions or Social tabs, also check the box next to "Categorize as:" and choose "Primary."

When you're ready, click on "Create Filter." Learn how to edit or delete your Gmail filters in this help article from Google.

Outlook

Follow the instructions in this help article to add us to your safe sender list in your Outlook Web App.
