Billing & Membership FAQ

Membership Overview:

• All memberships are month-to-month with no contracts or commitments.

• You can cancel at any time online, by phone, or by email. There are no fees or penalties.

Trial Membership:

• The Marketing Club trial is $1 for 14 days. 

• Cancel before the trial ends, and you will not be charged the $77 monthly fee. 

Cancellation:

• Online: Log in and go to My Account > Manage Account > Cancel, and then follow the prompts.

• Online Cancellations are prorated to the next billing date. 

• If you are billed on the day of, please email us.

• Phone or Email: Contact support@thepaperlessagent.com

Tips:

• Always confirm cancellation via email for your records.

• Clearing past billing issues quickly is easier if you contact us directly rather than filing chargebacks.
