The Agent Marketing Concierge (AMC) program is a done-for-you marketing service where our team assists with creating and publishing marketing content on your behalf.
Because this program involves manual services and marketing automations, canceling an AMC account must be handled manually by our team.
How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation of your AMC program, please contact your Account Strategist, Misty, or our support team using one of the options below:

If calling, please leave a detailed voicemail if you are not connected, and a member of our team will return your call.
When contacting us, please include:
Your name
The email address on your account
That you would like to cancel your AMC program
Our team will confirm the request and ensure your AMC billing and marketing automations are properly stopped.
Important: AMC vs Marketing Club
The Agent Marketing Concierge (AMC) program is separate from the Marketing Club membership.
AMC is a done-for-you marketing service, while the Marketing Club ($77/month) provides access to marketing tools, AI Studio, training, and marketing resources that members implement themselves.
If you cancel AMC, you can choose to:
Return to the Marketing Club membership, or
Cancel your Paperless Agent services entirely
