Yoast is a free plugin, basically a third-party tool, that integrates with WordPress to make the mechanics of SEO more accessible and easy to understand. Yoast is now available automatically on your AgentID Site, and you can use it on Placester also.
Search engine optimization is essentially organizing your site’s content to help Google and other search engines understand what your site is all about. That’s very important because if Google doesn’t know what your site is about, then it’s not going to show it to anyone.. and if people can’t find you online, you might as well not exist. Keep in mind, however, that good SEO doesn’t automatically mean that your website is going to show up on the first page of search results. Good SEO practices can, over time, contribute to higher rankings, but there are a lot of factors that go into search engine results.
