Did You Change Your Password OR 2-Factor Authorization Settings?

A common disruption to social media connection status that will prevent the Paperless Agent from successfully running marketing automations & campaigns with your connected accounts is whether you changed your password and/or your 2-factor authorization settings on Facebook OR Instagram. 


Unfortunately, making any change to your password or 2-factor authorization on either Facebook or Instagram platforms that have already been connected to the Paperless Agent Dashboard will automatically break the connection in our system.  


In order to remedy this, simply follow these steps in order to unlink & relink your accounts to the Paperless Agent Dashboard.
