When selecting the Hotsheet tab from the AMC Dashboard, 'Previous Follow Ups' is a window listed as a history for all the hot leads that were followed up with in the past from the 'Current Hot Leads'. This is located on the left-hand side of the page, below 'Email Campaign Sent'.
Included in this window is a count of the amount of follow ups that have been made by the user.
The names listed in this window indicate who was followed up with and when.
Clicking on a previously followed-up with contact makes a selection to where the contact can be edited on the far right-hand side of the page under 'Edit Contact'.
At the bottom of the window is a 'See More' button where more previously followed-up on contacts can be made visible.
