From the AMC Dashboard that is accessed automatically when signing into the Paperless Agent as an AMC member, a window with "Hotsheet: New Hot Leads!" will be present showing a handful of the highest ranking hot leads.
These leads will show as a list of contact cards. Hot leads can be checked off this list by selecting the green 'I Followed Up' button.
Leads can be contacted via phone and/or email per the information given on the contact card. This information is clickable and will bring up default messaging services.
On the contact card is a Lead Score of: '1 flame' ranking all the way to '5 flames'. The more flames, the "hotter" the lead.
This ranking system is based on proprietary algorithms that the Paperless Agent marketers have built into guiding the user towards the most pertinent leads in their email database.
The Overview does not show the entirety of leads for the profile, so the user must select either the blue 'View Full Hotsheet" button in the window OR cycle over to the 'Hotsheet' tab listed in the horizontal-row items at the top of the page---if they want to see all their leads. These selections will take the user to the entire Hotsheet page.
If there are no current Hotsheet leads to follow up on, a message will appear in the window stating: "Your marketing is still in progress! New hot leads will show up here when they're found."
