Log into your Facebook and access Ads Manager.
www.facebook.com/ads/manager/powereditor
Select the Campaign > Ad Set > then Ad you want to grab the permalink for.
When you have selected the Ad you want the permalink for, click 'Preview'.
Next, click the arrow in the upper right hand corner.
You'll now be able to copy that permalink to share with others.
