To change the name on your certificate, login to your Paperless Agent Dashboard and open up the REDM Training. 

Click on the 'Get Your Certificate' button on the left hand side under the title of the course. 

This will open up a new tab with your REDM certificate. Click on the "More" tab at the bottom of that page. 

This will open up a new menu, click on 'Request a  Name Change'

If the option above is greyed you will need to log in or create an account: 

From there you will be taken to a page where you can sign up.

A verification email will be sent to the email you used to sign up. 

Once you've verified your email address you will then be able to change the name on your certificate.
